E-commerce engineering

One pod, the whole commerce stack.

SID Corp builds and runs e-commerce platforms for brands selling in Vietnam and cross-border — from the storefront your customers see to the warehouse sync they never do.

Agencies hand you a theme; platforms hand you limits. We do the engineering in between — the same senior pod that quotes your build ships it, measures it and stays for the run.

    Cart

A storefront that renders in under a second, search that understands Vietnamese, and a cart that survives refreshes and flaky 4G.

    Payment

VNPay, MoMo, Stripe or COD — tokenized, 3-D Secure, and retried on failure before the customer ever sees an error.

    Warehouse

The order hits your WMS in seconds, not at the nightly batch. Stock was reserved at click, so a flash sale never oversells.

    Carrier

Labels pushed to GHN, GHTK or J&T automatically; tracking webhooks write themselves back into the order timeline.

Proof of delivery — photo, GPS, signature — closes the order. Failed deliveries re-queue themselves for the next run.

Conversion engineering

Checkout is where engineering pays for itself.

We treat the last 90 seconds of the funnel as a product of its own — measured, A/B-tested and tuned for Vietnamese and cross-border payment rails alike.

  • One-page checkout, address autofilled from the phone number
  • Local rails first — VNPay, MoMo, COD — cards second
  • Every field instrumented; we A/B the form, not opinions

0% Time from cart to paid

What you get

Every store ships the same way.

What lands in your hands when we ship an e-commerce build — storefront to warehouse.

Before you brief us

The questions every merchant asks first.

Straight answers on platforms, integrations and peak traffic. The same ones we give on the first call.

Ask us directly
Q1 Which platform do you build on?

Whatever fits the unit economics: Shopify or Magento when speed-to-launch wins, a custom storefront when fees, checkout control or local payment rails make a platform expensive. The recommendation in your quote is an engineering call, with the trade-off in writing.

Q2 Can you integrate our ERP, WMS and 3PL?

Yes — that integration layer is most of what e-commerce engineering is. We run carrier webhooks, stock sync and reconciliation in production for our own platforms every day; yours plugs into the same patterns.

Q3 Can you migrate our data without downtime?

Products, customers, order history and SEO URLs move in rehearsed, scripted runs: we sync in the background, verify counts, then cut over in minutes — not a weekend outage. Redirects preserve every ranking URL.

Q4 Will the store survive a flash sale?

We load-test to your peak — 11.11 traffic, not an average Tuesday — and put stock reservation and queueing in front of anything that can oversell. The performance budget is part of the contract.

Q5 Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from day one. The repository lives in your organization, store and payment accounts are registered to you, and there is no lock-in clause to negotiate later.
