Q1 Are HR data and payroll kept secure?

Yes. HR data is sensitive, so the system runs on Kubernetes infrastructure with HTTPS by default and role-based access, so each person only sees the data within their responsibility. SID signs an NDA from the start and transfers ownership when the business completes payment.

Q2 Does the system calculate correctly under Vietnamese labour regulations?

The automated calculation layer handles salary, social insurance, personal income tax and other deductions by rules configured for each business, so results follow internal policy and current regulations.

Q3 Can the software connect to the timekeeping or accounting system we already use?

Yes. SID builds integrations with time clocks, payroll payment gateways, and accounting or ERP systems as each project requires, so data is entered once and reused everywhere.
