At many operators, data still lives scattered across notebooks, Excel and Zalo messages. A centralised system tells you who is renting, which contracts are about to expire, and who still owes money — in real time.

We build software around the real operating process, closely following how the business actually works and designed bespoke rather than packaged to a generic template. SID has built platforms like AnHome to manage rental housing, so we understand rental operations from real experience.
